Clinical Design Solutions provides clinical decision-making support to healthcare professionals managing clients with complex and hard-to-heal wounds. Services may include review of clinical information and wound photographs, discussion of management options, and evidence-based recommendations to support clinical decision-making, guideline implementation, and workforce capability.
Services are provided to healthcare organisations and professionals only and do not constitute direct clinical care or transfer of responsibility for the client. Clinical Design Solutions does not accept direct referrals from clients. All clinical governance, prescribing, treatment decisions, and ongoing management remain the responsibility of the treating General Practitioner and/or healthcare service.
All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth. Initial consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes and include a comprehensive review of the client's clinical history, wound assessment and current management approach. Follow-up consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes and provide an opportunity to review progress, discuss treatment outcomes and consider any adjustments to the management plan.
