A key focus is creating practical systems that support staff in day-to-day clinical decision-making, including clear treatment pathways, integrated product formularies, structured documentation and defined escalation pathways for complex or deteriorating wounds.
The objective is to strengthen internal clinical capability while supporting alignment with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
